Oh my god! why do the pieces have those prices?
Our processes are 100% handmade, our pieces require a lot of time to be created. They are designed, built and painted one by one by Malota.
We develop our work for the enjoyment of all those people who know how to appreciate handmade work, art, slow and ethical processes.
What shipping method do you use?
All our shipments are certified, we will provide you with a track number so you can know where your order is at all times.
How do you package the shipments?
We package our pieces with a lot of love and trying to make the packing as safe as possible for the integrity of the piece. We use bubble wrap, paper and cardboard boxes to make your purchase arrive safe and sound.
Can I return my shipment?
We only accept returns in the case that the piece has arrived damaged, in that case, contact us before 24 hours after the arrival of the shipment, take photographs of both the piece and the package so we can detect what has happened. If the problem has been with the shipping company, we will refund your money and we will send someone to pick up the damaged piece.
Before buying make sure you have read the description of the piece. We take high quality photos so you can know as accurately as possible what you will receive.
Can we sell Malota pieces in our store or museum?

Is each piece original?
Each piece of Malota is unique, some of them, as is the case of the dishes, are made with molds in a non-industrialized way. All are hand painted one by one by Malota.
Where are the pieces of Malota Ceramics produced?
The entire production process of Malota Ceramics pieces takes place in Spain, more specifically in the Valencian Community, a place with a long ceramic tradition.
